One team, from first assessment to audit day

We lead the work up to the audit, then stand beside you while your certification body or CERT-In empanelled auditor carries it out.

ISO 27001, from gap assessment to certification

A certificate your team can keep, because the system behind it fits the way you work.

1

Gap assessment

We measure where you stand against every clause and Annex A control, and give you a prioritised plan.

2

Scope and risk

We define the scope, identify your information assets and run the risk assessment with your team.

3

Build

Statement of Applicability, policies, procedures and the evidence each control needs, written for your business.

4

Operate and audit

We help you run the system, then carry out a full internal audit and management review.

5

Certify

We prepare you for the certification body's Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits and support you through both.

DPDP Act compliance

The Digital Personal Data Protection Act changes how every Indian business collects, uses and protects personal data. We take you from first data map to working processes.

The DPDP data journey

Every stage of how you handle personal data has an obligation attached. We put a working control at each one.

Personal data inventory

We find what personal data you hold, where it lives, who can access it and where it flows.

Notices and consent

Clear privacy notices and consent flows that meet the Act and that people can actually understand.

Rights and grievances

Processes for access, correction and erasure requests, and a working grievance redressal mechanism.

Breach response

A tested process for detecting, containing and notifying a personal data breach.

Processors and contracts

Data processing terms for your vendors, and a review of who handles personal data on your behalf.

Training and governance

Staff training, clear ownership and the records you need to show compliance.

Financial sector and SOC 2

For banks, NBFCs, insurers, market intermediaries and SaaS companies selling to them.

SEBI CSCRF

Readiness for SEBI's Cybersecurity and Cyber Resilience Framework: a gap assessment for your entity category, then the policies, controls and evidence your cyber audit will look for.

RBI cyber security requirements

Alignment with RBI's cyber security framework and its Master Direction on IT governance, risk, controls and assurance practices, for banks and NBFCs.

IRDAI guidelines

Implementation of IRDAI's Information and Cyber Security Guidelines for insurers and intermediaries, including the 2026 revision.

SOC 2 readiness

Readiness and implementation against the AICPA Trust Services Criteria, from scoping and control design to evidence for your Type I or Type II audit.

We coordinate the entire compliance journey. We prepare you, close the gaps, and work with CERT-In empanelled auditors for the audits and VAPT that SEBI, RBI and IRDAI require, so you have one team managing the process from start to finish. SOC 2 reports are issued by licensed CPA firms, and we support you through that audit too.

Do the work once, meet many frameworks

The same control is expected by ISO 27001, the DPDP Act, SOC 2 and the SEBI, RBI and IRDAI requirements. We build it once and map the evidence to each framework you answer to.

Common questions

Does Nexviax issue the ISO 27001 certificate?

No. Certificates are issued by an accredited certification body. We prepare you, run your internal audit and support you through the certification audits.

Can you perform our SEBI, RBI or IRDAI audit?

Regulatory audits and VAPT for regulated entities must be carried out by a CERT-In empanelled auditor. We manage the whole process for you: readiness, gap closure, coordination with the empanelled auditor, and remediation of anything they find.

How long does ISO 27001 take?

It depends on your size, scope and how much is already in place. The gap assessment gives you a realistic timeline before you commit to the full programme.

We already have some policies. Do we start again?

No. We review what you have, keep what works and fill the gaps. The goal is a system you can run, not a stack of new documents.

Can you help with ISO/IEC 42001 for AI?

Yes. ISO/IEC 42001 is the management system standard for AI. If you build or use AI in your products, we help you put the governance, risk assessment and controls in place, and it fits alongside an existing ISO 27001 system.

Can we do ISO 27001 and DPDP together?

Yes, and it saves effort. Much of the groundwork, such as asset inventories, risk assessment and incident response, serves both.

Who does the work?

The programme is led by our ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, supported by our compliance team.
