Nexviax

Security foundations for MSMEs

NexCore

The basics, done on site, at a fixed price.

Most attacks on small businesses use the same few gaps: fake invoices from spoofed email, ex-staff who still have access, one flat network, unpatched PCs and backups nobody has tested. NexCore closes them in one defined project.

What NexCore fixes

Each module targets one way small businesses lose money to attackers.

Foundation

A full inventory of every device and piece of software on your network, including the ones nobody remembers, plus an incident contact card on the wall.

Payment protection

Email spoofing blocked with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, MFA on every mailbox, and a callback rule so no bank detail changes without a phone call.

Damage control

Your network split into zones so one infected PC cannot reach the plant, the servers or the CCTV. Guest Wi-Fi isolated and safe remote access in place.

Device protection

Automated patching for Windows and common apps, endpoint protection, and servers locked down to only what they need.

Common questions

We are a small company. Are we really a target?

Most attacks on small businesses are not targeted. Attackers send fake invoices and ransomware to thousands of companies and wait for the weakest to respond. NexCore makes sure that is not you.

Will this disrupt our production?

We plan changes around your shifts and agree every step with you. Machine and plant PCs are handled carefully and isolated rather than changed where they cannot be touched.

What does the AMC cover?

Keeping patches current, closing accounts for leavers, checking backups and handling security questions through the year, so the fixes stay fixed. It is billed once a year, not monthly.

Do we need to buy new hardware?

Not usually. We work with what you have. Where something is missing, such as a firewall that cannot segment the network, we tell you up front and it is quoted separately.

How is the price decided?

By your tier and number of users and devices. You get a fixed quote after the site walk-through, before any work starts.
